In Australia, the most common business card sizes are:
90 x 55 mm – The standard and most widely used size
90 x 54 mm – Also very common and fits most wallets and holders
Square cards (e.g. 55 x 55 mm) – Used for creative or boutique brands
Slim / vertical formats – Less common, but great for standing out

Bleed: Extra artwork around the edges so when the card is cut, there are no white lines.
Trim: The final cut size of the card after printing.
Safe area: We keep important text and logos safely inside the trim so nothing gets cut off.
This means your printer can print your cards exactly as intended, with no surprises.
