Although it can be done, it's sometimes a little distracting to your customers and patrons. We're happy to pre-organise a during shoot but usually ask you to notify any customers that a live shoot will be in progress during their visit.
Prior to any food or chef/kitchen photo sessions, we plan the day, inform you of the schedule and a full breakdown of what we require. We also supply a very easy to follow staff requirements and scripts if we are doing staff interactions. Food can be prepared on the morning of the shoot while we are there if it's plated, it's best to do fresh cooking.
However cakes and desserts can be prepared earlier as these keep fresher. Handy hint, when cooking vegetables only half cook them so they look bright and fresh in the photography shoot.
Yes! We have full public liability insurance should the need arise. We are covered for public property damage and personal injury while we are attending any location.
