Do I need a care plan if my site rarely changes?

Yes — in fact, sites that rarely change are often at higher risk because updates are neglected. Maintenance is about keeping the software stack current and secure, not just adding new content. A static site still needs regular updates and monitoring.

What happens if my site gets hacked while on a care plan?

We handle the cleanup. Malware removal, security hardening, and restoration from a clean backup — all covered as part of the plan. Our goal is to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with minimal disruption.

Can I get a care plan for a site you didn't build?

Yes. We can onboard any WordPress site onto our care plan after an initial audit. We'll review the site's health, apply any critical updates needed, and then manage it ongoing from there.

How often are updates applied?

Minor plugin and theme updates are reviewed and applied weekly. Major WordPress core updates are applied after a short testing period to ensure stability. Security patches are applied immediately when they're released.

Are content updates included?

Minor content updates (text changes, image swaps, adding a page) are included up to a set hours-per-month limit depending on your plan. Larger development work is quoted separately.

What if I want to cancel my care plan?

You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice — no penalties, no lock-in. We'll provide all your backup files and access credentials so you can transfer management to another provider without any friction.
