The Logo Starter package includes 2 initial concepts. The Brand Identity and Brand Refresh packages include 3 initial directions. These aren't half-baked ideas — each concept is a fully developed direction with rationale explaining why it works for your market.

We work closely with you during the briefing stage to make sure the concepts are on target. But if none of the initial directions land, we'll develop additional concepts. We want you to end up with something you love — not something you've settled for.

You'll receive every format you'll ever need: AI (editable master), EPS (scalable vector), SVG (web), PDF (print), and PNG (transparent background for digital use). These cover every possible application from a website favicon to a 6-metre banner.

Yes. We can prepare print-ready files and manage production through our trusted Ballarat print suppliers — business cards, brochures, banners, vehicle wraps, and more. Ask about print-inclusive packages when requesting your quote.

Absolutely. We regularly design individual assets — a brochure, a flyer, a set of social media templates — for businesses that have an existing brand. We'll match your existing colours and fonts to stay consistent. Just describe what you need in your quote request.

Almost all our design work is delivered entirely online — we brief via phone, video call, or email; share concepts as PDFs; and deliver final files via a shared download link. Most of our clients have never needed to meet us in person. If you'd like to meet face-to-face, we're happy to arrange that too.
